Our comfortable and ergonomically designed home office is equipped with the latest technology equipment including Dual Screen LCD monitors to facilitate collaborative meetings when  searching home  listings, 2 high speed color laser printers, wide body ink jet printers, plotters,  3D CAD workstations and a networked server with triple backup protection. We employ the powerful software to permit in-house graphics design for feature sheet, publishing and ad lay-up and pre-press purposes.

We use a professional computer drafting (CAD) workstation to prepare floor plans of your home to help prospective buyers to better visualize your home. Not only does this attract more visitors to seeing your home, but it serves as a powerful reminder following a visit.

We employ a large collection of signs each designed for specific purposes. Notably, our extra large Open House signs are designed to stand out at busy major intersections. Our FOR SALE signs feature a special reflective surface to stand out at nights. Other smaller signs permit us to attract visitors where larger signs may be inappropriate or dis-allowed.
